Wanna be like her??? Here’s her secret. She revealed it before on a tv show. The three members of KARA have a Denmark diet for their next song promotion. Check out their diet menu:

Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Grape, Black Coffee

Lunch: Chicken Breasts, Tomato, Cucumber, Black Coffee

Dinner: Chicken Breasts, Vegetable Soup, Grape, Black Coffee

If they are not dieting, they still control their menu to maintaining their body figure. Here’s their menu:

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Breads, Fruits, Yogurt

Lunch: Sandwich or Chicken Breasts

Dinner: Chicken Breasts, Sweet Potato, Fruits, Yogurt

It’s not simple to absolutely cut rice from our menu since we born to eat rice. However, if you are seriously wanted to reduce your weight, she’s the perfect role model. Besides having a diet, she also exercises regularly. Here’s her schedule:

5.00 a.m : Wake up. Cooked her meal and pack it.

6.00 a.m: Jogging to the gym. Exercise till 9.00 a.m

9.30 a.m: Arrive at hair salon for preparing her day as a celebrity

Great, right? She lost 3kg in a week. Isn’t it great??
